Account information

Are you already a customer of JAZO Zevenaar bv and would you like to benefit from our competitive webshop prices and pay afterwards? Please contact our sales department 31 (0)316-592911 and you will receive your account details with which you can log in immediately. Once logged in you have the option to change your password.

New customers create an account once by completing the * marked fields. This information is stored after the order is completed and remains under your account. To validate your company details, we need the Chamber of Commerce number and the VAT number. As an account holder, you declare that you have authority to purchase on behalf of your organization. JAZO Zevenaar bv will determine after your order whether you are eligible for ordering on invoice.

If the delivery address or billing address deviates from the general company details, you can change this in your company details. If the billing address is different, the account holder guarantees the payment obligation.

Order via the site

Ordering via our webshop is very simple. Fill your shopping cart with the items you want, quantities and, if applicable, color and/or size. Under 'View the product' you will find more information about the relevant item, including dimensions and applications. The prices stated in the webshop are excl. VAT.

The shipping costs are automatically determined based on the items in your shopping cart, see also delivery and collection. You can still change your shopping cart during the ordering process.

You will be guided further through the order form via the blue 'Next >' buttons. If a mandatory field has not been completed, you will see this by means of a pop-up and the uncompleted fields will be marked in red.

Delivery time

The current delivery time can be found with the article. Orders consisting entirely of items that are in stock will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. If you would like to receive the order on a different (later) date, you can indicate this in the delivery date in the order form.

Items that are not in stock are on backorder, the delivery time can be found with the item. This also applies to our custom-made items: by this we mean items with customer-specific wishes such as RAL color and/or custom dimensions.
A product with a custom RAL color and/or size will be immediately put into production as soon as you confirm the order to maintain the expected delivery time. Such an order cannot therefore be canceled free of charge.

Combined orders consisting of stock, backorder and/or custom items will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock and/or produced.

Delivery and collection

IN THE NETHERLANDS:

The delivery address may never be a PO box . If you have a different delivery address, you can enter this under your company details by checking different delivery address.

We use 3 fixed rates for sending your order. These rates apply exclusively to online orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands and are exclusive of VAT:

Up to 10 kg and max. dimensions 100x50x50 cm: €5.75
Up to 30 kg and max. dimensions 176x78x58 cm: € 10.95
From 30 kg or (euro) pallet shipment: €50

The correct shipping rate is determined by the largest and/or heaviest item in your shopping cart and will be charged once per order regardless of the number of items.

You can also pick up your order at JAZO Zevenaar. You can select this option for the delivery method. In that case you do not pay shipping costs.

OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS:

Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands are possible at adjusted shipping rates, please contact our sales department 31 (0)316 592911.

Payment methods and conditions

You can use the following payment methods in our webshop:

• iDEAL 
• PayPal
• MasterCard, Visa of American Express
• Payment afterwards by invoice (for existing customers)

If you have a different billing address, you can enter this under your company details by checking different billing address .
In the comments/reference field you can provide a payment reference, if applicable.

After you have checked your order and agreed to our general terms and conditions including payment obligation, you can complete your order.

For online payments you will be redirected to Buckaroo's secure payment environment. Once payment has been completed, you will return to our website and receive confirmation that the order was successful. You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

If you pay by invoice, you will receive your order confirmation by email as soon as the order has been completed.
The payment term is net within 30 days after delivery. There are no exceptions to this.

JAZO Zevenaar bv reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement if the customer does not comply with the general terms and conditions and/or payment obligation.

Prices and volume discounts

By choosing to order online you can save a lot on your purchase price thanks to increasing volume discounts. With our items you will see the current webshop price including the corresponding volume discount per item. The price at the top right shows the total price, so the more items you buy, the lower the price per item.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and only for webshop purchases.

Returns

As a business customer, you have 14 days to return (excess) ordered items. This period starts on the date of receipt of the order and does not apply to custom-made items. By customization we mean items with a specific RAL color and/or custom dimensions. Due to the adjustments we cannot accept returns.

To register a return, send an email to webshop@jazo.com with your company details, order number and the items you want to return. You will receive a returns number from us, which you will indicate with your return shipment. You will find our address under the contact details.

Items you wish to return must be in their original condition. The shipping costs are your own responsibility. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount you paid within 30 days.
