Hook system

With the JAZO hook system, prefab welded parts are easily and quickly hung and fixed to the substructure.

How does it work?

Metal 'hook profiles' are attached to the structural structure. After the hooks have been installed and aligned, the prefab welded facade parts are simply hung. Finally, the facade parts are fixed invisibly. With the hook profiles it is possible to ventilate directly. And this method of installation also ensures that the wall is resistant to high wind pressure and suction, making this system applicable at any height and in any area.

How many different types can the JAZO cladding be constructed from?

JAZO facade cladding can be constructed in three types. The three types can be divided into lines 36, lines 48 and lines 60. The number here represents the pitch in mm. For example: within lines 36, the blades follow each other with a repeat size of 36mm.

Can the JAZO facade cladding be alternated with the well-known JAZO ventilated doors and grilles?

Yes, JAZO has developed a facade cladding in the same line for all three types of ventilating blades, so that facade cladding can be combined 1 on 1 with ventilating parts and/or doors and grilles.
Is the JAZO cladding by definition non-ventilating?

That's right. The facade cladding is constructed from stackable aluminum planks with non-ventilating blades.
Is the JAZO cladding vandalism-proof?

The JAZO facade cladding is constructed from stackable aluminum planks with non-ventilating blades. These are so-called 'holows', which makes the planks a robust and sturdy whole. This means that the JAZO cladding is vandalism-proof.
