JAZO DOOR WK2 IWAS 400/800 BARRELS

Aluminum door with P-frame size 1004x2404mm (wxh) for an Indirect heat release station (IWAS) type 1 (400 kW) and type 2 (800 kW) from Vattenval. Direction of rotation DIN Right outward opening. Aluminum safety ventilation grilles type HS-27 are mounted at the bottom and top of the door with a net passage of approximately 500 cm² per grille. The door is fitted with PU strips, provisions for burglar resistance class WK-2 and multi-point lock (anti-panic function on the handle) with associated fittings. Completely executed in accordance with Vattenfall heat regulations:

Door is equipped with:

  • Clear opening WxH 900x2300 mm
  • Lock: KFV EP960E (lev. JAZO) suitable for 17mm euro profile cylinder
  • Cylinder: single-sided 17mm euro profile cylinder (not for lev. JAZO). Outside unextended, cylinder center 999mm OK door
  • Installing a building cylinder by JAZO
  • Fittings: AMI security fittings (lev. JAZO). Outside: fixed knob on outer shield, inside: rotating handle on blind inner shield
  • Stainless Steel Door Keeper Ø13
  • Earth connection point M8 (300 mm OK frame)
  • Nylon door position limiter
  • thief claws
  • District heating signaling board (not for lev. JAZO)
  • Fixing frame: stainless steel wood screw Ø6x100
  • Clear opening WxH 900x2300 mm
  • Identification plate and signaling board not for delivery JAZO

Surface treatment Aluminium: Durable environmentally friendly chemical pre-treatment.
Stoving in standard RAL color of your choice, System 7: 5-year warranty, 1-layer polyester powder coating 90 µm.
Aggressive load (coastal or industrial area).
